Our office is located on the 2nd floor of a modern office block in Cardiff city centre, close to the Castle and Cardiff City Hall.
- Cardiff Central train station is 1.1km away
- Cardiff Queen street train station is 0.6km away
- Bus stops are located nearby, the closest being 50m away on Greyfriars Road, others are 200m away on Kingsway. Your arrival bus stop will depend on where you are travelling from. Arrival at the Kingsway bus stops will require using a sloped underpass to cross a busy road.

The nearest taxi drop-off point is on Greyfriars Road, 50m from the main entrance

PARKING
The office has a free car park.
The car park is located in the building basement and accessed from Greyfriars Road. Parking spaces are limited (6 in total) and must be reserved in advance through our Concierge team.
There is one accessible car parking space in our car park which must be reserved in advance with our Concierge team. There is restricted access to the lifts from the car park, and as there is also limited mobile phone reception in the basement please contact our Concierge team in advance to discuss your accessibility needs and they will advise you accordingly.
There are free Blue Badge parking spaces on Greyfriars Place, 100m away.
The nearest public car park is NCP Cardiff Greyfriars, 200m away. There is a charge for parking and spaces can be pre-booked. There are 4 disabled bays, however NCP do not allow disabled bays to be pre-booked.
What to expect when you arrive
MAIN ENTRANCE
You can see a photo of the main entrance above.
Access to our office 1 Kingsway is via the main entrance on Kingsway, which can be accessed by either a ramp or steps. At the entrance there is a revolving door and two automatic sliding doors.
The automatic sliding door is accessible to wheelchair and pushchair users, it is more than 100cm wide.
The stone ramp is on the right hand side of the main entrance. There are handrails on either side of the ramp.
There is also a set of 4 steps leading up to the main entrance. The steps have handrails on both sides.
Assistance dogs are welcome.
Inside the building
RECEPTION
There is a reception desk inside the main entrance, 5m from the door. Building staff will be happy to help if you require any assistance.
There is a low-level reception desk that is suitable for visitors using wheelchairs.
BUILDING OVERVIEW
Our Cardiff office is on the second floor of the building, it is entirely on one level with wide corridors accessible to visitors using wheelchairs.
MEETING ROOMS
All our larger meeting rooms (rooms 1, 2, 6 and 7) are accessible to wheelchair users.
LIFT AND STAIRS
You can reach our office on the second floor by lift or stairs.
The lift is a passenger lift. The lift door width is 80cm and the buttons are 100cm from the floor.
The lift has Braille buttons. The lift has an audible announcer.
The stairs have handrails on both sides.
On exiting the lifts, the office entrance is straight in front of the lifts, 4m away.
On exiting the stairs, the office entrance is on the right hand side, 8m away
There is a buzzer for entry to our office, 150cm from the floor.
Please contact the concierge team before your visit if you think the lift will be unsuitable for you, so that we can make alternative arrangements.
ACCESSIBLE TOILET
There is an accessible toilet near the reception desk on the ground floor of the building, suitable for people using wheelchairs.
The width of the toilet door is 90cm. The door opens outwards.
