We help build the skills of young people and adults so they are able to work and compete in today’s globalised world. By encouraging closer links between education and industry we strengthen the technical and vocational sector.

- Overseas VET traineeships for learners
- Teaching/training assignments for VET staff
- Staff training at another VET institution in Europe
UK organisations involved in vocational education and training can also apply for funding to run collaborative projects. These partnerships last 2 or 3 years and are a flexible way of working with partners from different countries.
For more information and how to apply, please visit the Erasmus+ website.
College staff have the opportunity to visit a country overseas to observe best practice in workforce skills development and explore the integrated network of partners that collaborate to ensure that education and training prepare the population for the world of work. The visits will help to inform policy and help shape the further education sector in Wales.
